Mabuhay (Welcome) from the Philippines!
Praise the Lord!
Glory Hallelujah!
God starting the miracles from the very beginning!
AIRPORT 2/5/2004:
———————————————————————————————-
After being dropped off at the airport, we were on our way!
Everything was going great until we reached the ticket counter.
This is when we had to count it all joy in our first of many trials. (James 1:2)
Who would of thought our flight would have been canceled do to a little freezing rain, but the devil was busy (Don’t worry, God took care of him!)
The ticket agent bearing the “good news” started to search for an alternate flight with other airlines.
Yes it was time to count it all joy, for the next 2 hours we could not find a flight to San Francisco. We contacted our international airline and asked them for a later flight to leave; they stated the earliest we could get a guaranteed flight was Feb 11!
Our prayers became very “red hot” at this point. Not sure if everyone in airport knew we were praying in tongues but
People were staring…so we stared back, still praying in tongues!
My wife told the ticket agent, “Sir, we are expecting a miracle!” The ticket agent stated “Yes mam, you need a miracle!”
Doug stated that at this time, surrounded by all our luggage (10-70lb check-in bags & 5 carry on bags) is when the Holy Spirit dropped into his spirit Prov. 16:3 (Amplified):
Roll your works upon the Lord commit and trust them wholly to Him;
He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and
so shall your plans be established and succeed (good advice for your trip Terry and Ritz!)
The Holy Spirit then told Doug to pull out the crusade schedule and pray over it.
As for my wife & I, we were praying and worshiping God. The Holy Spirit kept telling me, be patient and see what He will do!
He is the God of Patience (Rom 15:5).
Then the ticket agent left and stated he would be back…. All of a sudden the thought came to me… McArthur stated he would be back to the Philippines! Once he got back, (the ticket agent not McArthur) he had a lady with him and stated they found a flight! Praise God! Thank you Jesus!
The next statement from the ticket agent was: “But, you will have to hurry.”
Apparently we needed some exercise, we ran, and ran, and ran some more and were one of the “chosen ones” that security wanted to search. We counted it all joy again!
After security, we ran and ran (with out Doug, security wanted to search him more, not sure if it was his looks or personality)…. all the way to gate. My wife discovered that they were closing the door…
Meanwhile, at security, Doug finished up unaware that the doors on our flight were closing. Not knowing he needed someone to stand in the gap. He walked calmly to the gate, Praising God, and believing God was taking care everything………
God did, He used my wife to take care of it. My wife, she can be very persistent at times, jumped in the middle of the closing door and yelled “Stop! We are missionaries (On a mission from God)! We need to get on the plane!” She stood in the gap!
That is when I showed up. Seeing my wife hold the door a way from a flight crewmember who started to speak to someone on the radio. They asked, “Are you the Huttons’ & Foley”. We said, “YES!” They then stated, “You cannot go onto the flight. We have already de-iced the plane and the doors are closing.” The guy on the radio stated “They can go.” Then the other guy asked, “Where is the 5th passenger. If he is not here you cannot get on.” My wife stated “No! We are going!” I then looked down the long terminal looking for our 5th passenger, Doug. And to my great relief he was right there. We made it! Praise the Lord!
We are starting to get the hang of counting it all joy! Practice makes perfect!
We finally made it to the Philippines, after 5 airports and 24 hours of flight time!
Thank you Jesus!
We love you! Thank you for all your support and prayers

Subject: Mabuhay(Welcome) from the Philippines – part 3
Mabuhay(Welcome) from the Philippines!
Praise the Lord!
We have been in an area for the past week, were we did not have a land line to email everyone.
God moved mightily in the services we had in Ilocos Sur (E-locus Sir)!
It took us 9 hrs by bus to get to Ilocos Sur from Manila, but it was was a blessing!
The people were very nice and very hospitable.
We made new friends and Godly connections. It was amazing to find out how God brought several people into our lives.
We connected with The Way of Salvation Church. One of these was Pastor Rommel, who interpreted for me.
God netted our hearts together and we felt as if we had known each other forever.
God blessed us with a beautiful place to stay while we were in Ilocos Sur. We thank our host, Jun, Emily, Ely & Sayong!
Ilocos Sur is very beautiful. The ocean breeze blew all the time. It was very cool and refreshing! Thank you Jesus for such a beautiful place!
Youth Meeting
– Fri 7pm Feb 13, 2004
– The Way of Salvation Church
———————————————————-
It was awesome to see God move mightily on the Youth (teenagers) here!
There were 55 youth that raised their hands at the Salvation Call!
To God be the Glory and Honor!
After the Salvation Call, the Holy Spirit touched the youth in a powerful way!
I asked who would be that Chosen Generation that would win the lost for Jesus, and most of them said yes.
They where weeping, whaling, crying, and falling out under the power of the Holy Spirit!
As we laid hands on the youth, the Holy Spirit hit them with a greater fire for Him and for reaching the lost!
We were closing the service, when the Holy Spirit came and moved for an extra heavenly hour!
This service lasted 4 hours!
Thank you Heavenly Father for using these youth to set their world on fire with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
Valentine Meeting
– Sat 9am Feb 14, 2004
– The Way of Salvation Church – CCC Meeting in Narvacan
—————————————————————
Praise God!
God moved greatly in this meeting as well!
During Praise & Worship, the electrical power went off, brown-outs are very common here.
The service kept on going.
God told me that when I prayed, before I started to preach, that He would restore the power.
The power came back on during my prayer! To God be all the Glory! Hallelujah!
Over 25 people raised their hands during the Salvation Call!
The Holy Spirit again moved after I preached and He touched His people!
You are so good Jesus!
So many people came forward for healing and the Power of God hit them all.
Some cried, others wept, still others fell out under the Power of God!
There was one Filipino lady, who is called to be an evangelist here in the Philippines, she wanted to be prayed over for God to move thru her. After praying over her, the Power of God hit her and she shook all over!
I had preached on how to have a Godly Marriage. We had a lot of fun!
God allowed them to laugh a lot!
Especially when I told them to turn to their spouse and tell them they looked beautiful/handsome.
I told them that some of them would have to keep saying it till they believed it. Some would have to speak it for a long time!
Truly a Valentines Day that many will never forget, for their true sweetheart, Jesus, touched them!
Thank you for your prayers and support! God is moving mightily here!

Sunday Service
– Sun 9am Feb 15, 2004
– The Way of Salvation Church Bible School
—————————————————————–
Praise God!
It is so wonderful to see God move on His people.
Over 30 people came forward to get Baptized in the Holy Spirit!
Most of them fell out as soon as they started to speak in tongues!
When the power of God touches people for the first time, they sometimes just pass out under His awesome Presence!
At the end of the Sunday service, the presence of the Holy Spirit came very strong.
People began to cry and some of them fell out under the power of the Holy Spirit right in their seats as hands were laid on them!
I know that bondages where broken in a lot of people!
Oh, how God wants to break the strong hold the devil has on His children, if only they would believe as these did!

At the end of the meeting, the Holy Spirit came upon the Leaders in a mighty way.
The Leaders were weeping and some even where crying so much they started to shake!

I forgot to mention services we had on Feb 11:
Marillac Hills (Abused Girls home)
-Weds 9am Feb 11, 2004
——————————————————————-
We love going to Marillac Hills!
We had a fun time. It was great to see those who have not much to laugh at, have some fun.
I pulled serveral girls from the crowd and asked them what they wanted to do with their lifes.
Some were so shy, they started to laugh every time they answered any of my questions.
The frist girl I pulled out of the crowd, whom I believe will be a preacher one day, knew Jesus and started to preach.
So I took off my microphone and gave it to her and sat down in her chair! It was great!
Over 200 girls raised thier hands to ask Jesus into thier hearts!
Hospicio De Sanjose (Nursing Home)
-Weds 4pm Feb 11, 2004

Proverbs 25:25 (NKJV)
25 As cold water to a weary soul,
So is good news from a far country.
We indeed have some “good news” from the Philippines!
In every one of our meetings, God’s Power was there and He healed so many people, that we have lost track of the number!
We have seen blind eyes open, deaf ears now hear, pain leave, and breathing problems go away!

The Holy Spirit moved in a great way and gave many prophetic words!
I had laid hands on many of the people for God to touch them. One of them, the Pastor of World International Ministries Manila, Pastor Abel Raby, told me later that he felt the Power of God move thru his body from the bottom of his feet to the top of his head. He had been feeling ill for a few days, but after the Power of God came over him, he said he was completely restored! Praise God! Hallelujah!
