Our Mission
Jesus in Charge (JIC) Ministries was founded in 1996 by John & Rizalina Hutton. God has called JIC Ministries to reach out to the people of Asia with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to reach the un-reached and tell the untold about Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. We want to connect people back to their Heavenly Father, through Jesus Christ!
My name is John and my wife, Rizalina, and our two sons, who are precious gifts from God, Jesse & JoJo.
I was born-again at age 14, but due to the church I was going to, I never knew about the power of the Holy Spirit! In my sister’s living room in 1994, I was filled with the Power of the Holy Spirit! My wife became born-again and Spirit filled one month later!
Since 1994, when we became Spirit-filled and determined to life by faith in Jesus Christ, our life has been more glorious and thrilling than we had ever imagined!(Eph 3:20) God has blessed us with victory in our so many areas: Spiritual, Physical, and Financial just to name a few! To God goes all the Glory and Honor!
In 1995 God spoke to us to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of the Philippines. We went to the Philippines to visit my wife’s family. While there, God placed within our hearts a deep compassion for the Filipino people, especially those who do not know Jesus Christ as their Savior!
In 1999 God gave us, through my wife, the way to open the door of the Filipinos hearts. God told us to feed the poorest of the Filipinos physically, then their hearts will be open to hear the Gospel. We did this and God moved on the people’s hearts! God is Faithful!
Since then, we have been going to the Philippines every year, feeding the poor and preaching Salvation through Jesus Christ! (Prov 22:9)(Ps 72:13)(2 Cor 9:9)

For his teachings, his inspiration, his belief in us, and his encouraging words, we will finish the race! (Heb 12:1-2). He has impacted our life tremendously with the Word of God! Glory to God!
